-Being on time to your appointments
-Having good oral hygiene
-Wearing your elastics
-Being a great student
-Visiting your dentists for cleanings
-and more!
The more points you have, the more prizes you can receive, such as: Gift Cards for iTunes, Best Buy, Target, Sports Authority, Wal Mart, Game Stop and more!
Once you have received your Dischinger Orthodontics card, remember to bring it with you to your appointment to receive points. Points are rewarded for regularly schedule appointments only (not emergency appointments.)
